Room was big and clean.
When we arrived, the room was already prepaid, but they booked the money a second time as they were not able to retrieve the pre-payment. Until now, we are still waiting on the reimbursement.
Complimentary wifi is only available if you subscribe to their Accor club program.
There is no complimentary water in room which is a shame when you see the price of the room.
59 for valet parking is also quite hefty.

CHRISTMAS in extra special when you stay at the Fairmont.
Top floor. Stayed for a week at Christmas. The location is fabulous and the view was spectacular. This is truly our HAPPY PLACE! Love the Christmas decorations and overall festive feel. We will be back!

New constructions around the hotel block the sun on the pool. Theres nothing the hotel can do though.

Beautiful hotel with kind staff
Extremely kind and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many shops/restaurants. Highly recommend the spa as well!
I was surprised there were no complementary water bottles in the room. However, there was complementary tea and Nespresso coffee.
