    Great location beside the lake and close to main landmarks.
    Breakfast was very good, I liked the ala cart idea. although the buffet was also convenient. The room service was also very good.

    Not worth the money, only positive is the location. Would chose a different hotel in future.
    The property is in a great location, facing Lake Geneva with good access to all parts of the city
    The hotel in my opinion is not a 5 star resort and having stayed at multiple Fairmont hotels across the world the rooms/facilities/staff and were disappointing. The rooms are small and very dated, the entire hotel is old and needs refurbished. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, most definitely did not have a luxury 5 star feel. Having just left the Fairmont in Montreaux the service and welcoming is incomparable.

    Great location. Fantastic view of the lake. Tremendous welcome and service. Very quiet. Bed extremely large and comfortable.
    Would have been amazing if theyd been willing to extend the delayed check out by one more hour. A surprisingly low number of plug sockets in the rooms and no usb ports which made charging in the room tricky.

    Great location. Amazing hospitality. Superb food.
    Due to availability I was upgraded to a larger room. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and met all of our needs. The room was incredibly large, overlooked lake Geneva, and had all the amenities, and more, that I needed during my stay.
    I wasn't able to access all of the facilities and restaurants because of the work I was involved with. There was much more to explore and enjoy.
