The property is now solely focused on weddings. They can relabel the property as Fairmont "Weddings" Jaipur. We had 2 different weddings happening at the resort for the 3 nights that we stayed. The pool and gardens were out of bound during the whole period. Because the resort is so focused on catering to only weddings, there is only 1 restaurant on the property. The worst part of the experience is the overflowing lobbies and elevators. Be ready to wait for over 10-15 minutes for an elevator to show up, as the wedding parties usually take over the whole resort, and there is very little regard for guests not part of the wedding. PRO TIP : Call up the hotel and check if there is a wedding booked for your stay and best to avoid the property in that case. It's not at all worth the price given the limited facilities available.

Amazing - highly recommend!

I had an incredible stay! The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help. The breakfast had so many amazing options and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. I also had some professional photos taken by the hotel photographer which was a great experience - particularly as the hotel is so beautiful.

Very Sad experience, you will be looked after only if you are a part of the Wedding

Only service at the breakfast because we complained the day before as it took us 2 hours to check inn and had to deal with bad attitude of the staff as they were all worried about the wedding happening in hotel

Staff attitude From the time of check inn, we were made to not feel welcome. Valet had to be called thrice Check inn was very sad, the afternoon tea service was very rude as staff was very rude and wanted to only serve wedding guests. Clearly shows that its a wedding hotel and other guests are not welcome Amenities only in 1 room and those to were not covered with any cling film or closh chef at the live station during the afternoon tea did not wear gloves Guests were allowed to use bare hands to take food and when complained the chef said, its ok Room was changed and promised an upgrade but was given floor 1 with no view. Room had issues with phone, speakers in room as well as no iron board and iron. No amenities given Overall staff was very rude and it was a mistake All the staff cared about was wedding in house

Taking an experience is good for short stay. Long stay would mean burning your pockets

Its welcome & hospitality. The way its designed, the way staff treats, it makes you feel nothing less than king & queen.

Too far from the city. Going inside Jaipur takes 1 hour. Its too expensive otherwise. The special dining experiences are out of reach. 2-3 times expensive than your room rent. Thats massive.

reasonably ok.

We got the room keys after 3 hours even though we reached late in the evening. The rooms were already occupied and staff was waiting to existing guest to go.

Billing took half an hour and still we get bill by mail.

Underwhelming...

Our room was beautiful, especially the bathroom, and the food at the hotel is good. The spa is also great and the staff at the spa were lovely.

The majority of the staff were sexist - for example they only served and spoke to my husband even though I had booked the hotel. The hotel is also partially under construction. The pool was facing the construction site and had pigeons all around it and there was a lot of bird poo... There is also an uber driver racket going on outside the hotel, and the hotel staff are no help at all when it comes to booking cabs.
