A very comfortable stay in a superb location.
Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable spacious room with a balcony. Excellent location in a shopping mall with many eating and shopping options. Staff were friendly and attentive. We appreciated being given adjoining rooms with our daughter and her family. Pool area was also beautiful and very relaxing.

Apart from the lack of a mini fridge for guests, everything was good.
It was about location and the facilities, it was great.
I didn't like the fact there was no mini refrigerator I could use to store my own snacks and such. The hotel's mini fridge was stacked with drinks, but the ones you had to pay for if you moved them.
Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus, Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays, Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines, Guests have the option to cancel any cleaning services for their accommodation during their stay.
