    No frills clean hotel.
    Good location, close to main transport links, comfy bed, clean room, great value, would book again.
    Only two towels & a bath shower mat so no separate hand towel. Hand soap & shower gel in basics refillable dispensers were the same cheapest hand soap type product that ruins the skin, a separate shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/hand soap I expect as a minimum, if it's an all in one product it needs to be better quality. The lady who booked us in, walked passed us, went into the office, opened the window, sat down looking very glum but didn't look at us, say hello or anything for going on 3 minutes, very unusual, so don't expect a warm welcome, very much a no frills stay. Should basic and cheap be quite this basic?? Hopefully not, a couple of very small changes, a welcome, some shampoo, a hand towel? Would be greatly appreciated.

    Was a very comfy stay, comfy bed, was very good value for money and just what we needed whilst visiting family close by.

    The property was not advertised correctly they shut the pub opposite on boxing night early which wasnt stated which is why I booked this hotel Human feaces in the toilet I have pictures Im so disappointed hair on the clean beds

    I asked for a room with walk in shower due to lower back problem, & osteoarthritus, but hadn't realised it was for wheelchair user so very low basin etc. So after first night asked if I could change to a normal room & explained, it was no bother they understood. The staff were always very helpful. We stayed there last Christmas enjoyed our stay so went again this year.
    Really can't think of anything we didn't like.

    Not a lot! It was a cheap deal that's it.
    We booked this thinking as it said in the description that there was a pub restaurant beside it, we had traveled all day only to find the restaurant was closed and the pub was shutting at 7pm, 10 minutes after we arrived. So we had no evening meal. Breakfast was extra, and to be honest very bland.

    3rd hotel i have stayed in this month... this was the cheapest by far , but the most comfortable. Very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely linen.

    There was no one at the entrance to greet me and after calling several times a worker came who did not speak to me well, he seemed angry at having to go from the bar to the hotel to give me my room card, a very inadequate treatment for working in a hotel welcoming people.
