Perfect, staff ... bar, reception, maintenance, cleaning (Cathy) all amazing helpful lovely welcoming people

The self catering apartment on the second and third floor was perfect, comfortable beds, beautiful sheets and pillowcases everything we needed in the kitchen. Beautiful views times two balconies. The soundproofing blackout curtains, use of hotel, facilities, remarkable and amazing staff

We did have a couple of problems, but immediately contacted staff, who sorted things out beautifully for us , no problem!

Okay - location was great for the gig!

Location

Property wasn't clean so we had to ask for the cleaners to come back in and re-do some of the areas. The outside area was okay but has a car park in front and therefore not as nice to sit in. Our next door neighbours smoked the whole time as well so couldn't be out when they were outside which was all the time.

Excellent location with parking but in need of improvements

All about location.. near sea and Falmouth town centre .. excellent Parking available Some aspects of luxury lodge appreciated..nice fitted kitchen, comfortable beds and linen, nice bathroom ,2 toilets Potentially can use hotel facilities ( though we didnt)

Basically lodge is located in Falmouth hotel additional carpark. If youre lucky you just about have a sea view over a wall but this can be blocked by cars in carpark and road parking Very uncomfortable sofas and unusable dining chairs 1 hangar in wardrobe and when asked for more was told the hotel didnt have any! ( my husband later spoke to different member of staff who rustled up a few hangers) Generally characterless and lacking attention to detail inside Tv as advertised ie flatscreen with free view but poor picture and for so-called luxury a smart tv would have been better outside area dire.. broken wooden boundaries, astroturf ,worn out road surface, no plantings etc generally not enticing at all

Great location. Modern facilities. A separate lounge and balcony for each floor.. Comfortable beds. Fresh towels. Cooking and washing facilities very good.

Slanting roof in top suite, easy to misjudge height of celling in bathroom. Toilet and shower fittingd had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Fantastic place to stay

The sea view and accessibility to the beach was fantastic. Easy access to high Street. The use of the hotel pool was great for a rainy day. The unit had everything you required and it was extremely clean. Able to unpack your bags and enjoy

Could you please be more specific to where the reception is. Only by chance did we come across the reception when we went to the hotel for help. This was after walking around the apartments looking for the reception, as the arrow appears to be pointing to the back of the building. A vacuum cleaner that the brush end attaches to the pole would have made cleaning easier.
