    It was comfortable for my family and good location for commuting towards the center city.
    The property was in a great area.The propertys condition was very good and comfortable.
    The lights out of the window reflecting on the room.The occasional car noise of the street as it is located in a main road.

    Lovely, recommended!
    The location! It is next to Torre de Belem, and the staff, Pedro was super lovely.
    It was a bit far from the Airport but you can easily commute with a taxi.

    The price is good and match the service and quality that provided.
    The location is very good, its close to many tourist spots and seaside. The cafe is direct downstairs so its very convenient to have a good breakfast.
    Have to wait 3 days to get a new towel,and the soundproof is not good, can hear people talk or door open in the corridor.

    Bathroom, Bed and location was good
    - The flooring was broken in the room. We couldn't even walk comfortably. This is the first time I have seen this in any hotel. - No utilities in the room. NO TISSUE BOX, NO Cutlery, Nothing! Absolutely Pathetic.

    Make special request in message for double bed otherwise There's better in Belem for cheaper price
    The host, Pedro definitely gets a thumbs up from me for his welcoming behaviour, there's many things to do around in terms of location . They accepted our request for 1 hr early check but we just wanted to leave our luggage . I chose a double bed but was provided with 2 single beds but the cleaning lady joined them for us , it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on tho
    The room was decent but not what we imagined, the toilet had an external weird plumbing which creates noise everytime you flush , One of the chairs were broken that we only found when my boyfriend almost fell . The host said he couldn't upload pictures of all 11 rooms since they're all different so you get a surprise , in our case it wasn't very pleasant surprise plus the host walked with his shoes in cleaned bathroom floor , not very decent

    Excellent location, great value( which made us choose the Famous Crows).Room was lovely...plug in the sink, warm duvets, clean bathroom...but if you are the sort of person that minds a cracked floor tile then this is not for you. We loved it and the room had all we wanted.
    Not knowing best place to park before we arrived. Plenty of car parks around but was hard to find out if free, how much and whether we could park all night. But now we know - the best parking is on some residential streets ( free) , up behind the hotel, at the most a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

    Location perfect and centre to everything .
    Location was amazing. The manager was loverly.
    Problems with the heating but worked eventually. If you was being picky could have been cleaner. Noise is a issue, you can literally hear everything if you have a noisy person on your floor which we did. Had to get up and say somthing after listening to them bang and shout al morning from around 6am!!
