Great hotel for the price.

Went for a stay on two occasions during the same week, and this hotel is superb. The beds were super cosy, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was great and the location was fantastic!

Since we stayed on two different occasions we got different rooms. For the same price both of the rooms had different features. The first room we had was the best, and the second the ac didn't work properly, it was very cold and the bathroom floor heating didn't work either. The second room didn't have a fridge either. This might be the room alone that we had but the stay was still very nice!

Respect to the quest !

Breakfast was good .

I chose this hotel because I was very tempted by the trendy Cristal Champagne bar, where you could enjoy an elegant champagne bar and eat high quality food. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that the bar was not working. I ordered through booking and was not informed about it there. After that, I asked the reception if dinner would be served, because we would like to eat. I received a positive answer. I called the restaurant twice to book a table. No one answered. When I came to the restaurant, I was told that it was fully booked. And there are no places. I asked the reception why they did not inform me. She answered that she does not work in a restaurant. I didnt like this kind of reception, there was no warm welcome and I witnessed that there was no solution for the benefit of the guest. We had to find another place where we could eat

Noisy housekeeping.

Perfect access to central station, restaurant and reception staff are very kind and professional.

Housekeeping was too noisy! Moving things around, slaminng doors, doing too much noise for hours, so I could not sleep well.

Hotel location

Noise due to the hotel being located above the main train station in the city. The rooms are all old, there is no modernity or renovation inside the rooms. In addition, the breakfast was very poor and there were not many options.
