Beautiful hotel with friendly staff but dining needs work.
The property was very clean and beautiful. Most staff were kind and helpful.
I would not recommend taking half board or full board as you are given a very limited selection and cannot eat at every restaurant.
I did not feel like a valued guest at times at this hotel as Ive felt at others.
When it came to dining, I think the staff are not as well trained or knowledgeable about what the hotel has to offer.

I have booked in five west wing. The room heating system was not working.. i have met many issues until i met Amin, the night manager. He changed our stay, from being not satisfied to extremely pleased. He changed our room to a better one and he was extremely friendly. I really liked how he cares about customer satisfaction.
The room we accommodated in the beginning, has no heating system. Only cold air conditioning, which was not suitable for our stay during December.
