    I gues the best part of my experience is the friendly staffs and their location; opposite of Taman Tasik Taiping. The breakfast were all nicely-prepared. Not too many variety, but, the food prepared is adequately in term of quantitiy, variety and of course quality.

    This is my second trip to Flemington hotel in just within few months. I came back because the first trip was a bliss. But this trip was a total opposite! I told the hotel management I want a quiet and non smoking room as I am coming with my family. But the room that I was assigned to was 404, and it's right below the swimming pool! Worst still! You have people swimming at 6am in the morning! I woke up in terror thinking there is earthquake from the ceiling! I know you are having full house that night and having whole bunch of kids coming for some kind of swimming competition, but you could have assign me to a room that won't be bothered by the swimming pool sounds, you could have assign those swimming kids' rooms under the swimming pool, since it doesn't bother them anyway as they're waking up early to practice! All I wanted to say is that you are not sensitive enough to take care of the customers' needs, perhaps too many customers you overlooked my need, but if you have too much to handle maybe you should think of better management system or else there will be more people like me going to have nightmare waking up in the morning at room 404! And also, you should look at your building infrastructure, how come the hotel rooms under the swimming pool can experience loud thudding sounds when people up there are swimming?? I won't come back again. Thanks for your hospitality.

    Overall is ok but still a lot of improvement needed.
    The swimming pool did not provide towels but the good thing is requested at the lobby desk and you gave me an extra 2 towels. The location is just in front of the lake with a calming environment. Staff attitude is good.
    Parking limited. Swimming pool no attire enforcement. Fingerprint everywhere in the room especially cupboard door, window, and glass. Noisy air-conditioning.

    All staff are friendly especially security. They assist me in parking and Malay Uncle Security take care of my son when my wife and I are busy loading luggage. Thanks a million to the hotel hospitality. We will repeat again in the future.

    The location is beautiful. Just at the iconic Taiping lakes. Breakfast was okay. Not bad. Helpful staff. New sink ant toilet in the room. We have noticed dome renovation at the room. Clean bedsheets. They have free babycot upon request.
    A HUGE LEAKAGE in aircon in a twinroom 229. The water came out from the air conditioner just onto my sleeping baby. The stroller was beside the aircon. We realised it was a leakage after my son woke up and cry. The stroller was all wet, include the baby The staff offered to change the room in case they will not fix the problem. It was late evening. We ve already slept The maintenance guy came fast and fix that, but in the morning the problem appeared again. Noise at night at was a farewell party at the level under our room. Music until night was so crowd I cant sleep properly. We ordered lunch at the restaurant on the ground floor. The stuff cant understand English, called another guy who knew how to talk. But anyway it was wrong item in our order Dirty carpet on the stairs following to chinese restaurant.
