    The room was fine given the budget, and we saw Negombo more of a stop over after our flight into Colombo. Next time we w
    Welcoming and helpful hosts always happy to give us directions. Even gave us bug spray while we were waiting to get some. The location was very close to the end of Negombo beach and a short walk from restaurants and cafes.
    The room itself is basic with a fan which we needed in this heat especially as the room did not have AC. The bathroom too very basic.

    Was super nice landing spot from flying in to get some rest. Insane value for a simple and clean room right on the beach
    Super clean and simple place, amazing value, and incredibly sweet hosts. Its a super chill spot, easy walking to the more touristy part and also the same to less touristy part of Negambo. Hosts were helpful, friendly and just very kind. Great vibes
    Not a ton of stuff to do/see in the immediate area. Kitchen wasnt the most tidy but to be fair I dont think its intended for guest to use anyway haha

    I have no words to express my gratitude for such a wonderful host. Danah was great making my 2 nights staying there so good. I don't know what to mention first : the clean ,nice smelling bed linen and the bright room, the awesome meal that I've been offered at the Christmas day, the tasty papaya offered the next day to me by Danah father, the late check out ( 6pm) for free, the soul to soul chatting with Danah, the nice , authentic neighbourhood, the amazing sunset by the beach ( few meters away) , Danah's effort to improve the place ( bathroom first , he says). All in all it was an unepectable great experience for my transit to the next destination. Thank you, Danah! Greetings to your wonderful parents!

    Its a basic accommodation but its very good for the price you pay. Me and my friend stayed after landing at the airport and before the departure we returned to the same place, very convenient. The location is great, close to the beach and some cafes, restaurants. Rooms are big with en-suite bathrooms and mosquito nets. The family owning the place is very friendly. They can also take go to the airport by Tuktuk. Overall, highly recommend.

    Quiet and simple guesthouse at 10m from the sea. Very good value for money.
    Simple and basic room with fan, mosquito net, "cold" water for the shower, at 10m from the sea.The father, who brought me in tuk tuk to the express bus leaving for Galle (for 300 LKR), cooked an excellent curry for a visitor that bought crab and prawns at the market. Very good communication with the son who manages Sunshine guesthouse (its other name).
    The sea is there at 10 m but to have a bath, the manager recommended going to the beach more to the north. Only 1 plug if I remember well and light control not close to bed (minor).

    The host were very helpful in every way possible. Cooked food at request, Tuk tuk was available at very little cost, onward booking for trains and buses. Father and son were very helpful going out there way to get us bargains at local prices. Service was excellent.
    Basically for the price there is nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect for the price.
