Overall I would stay here again (but would speak to hotel before booking)
The property was clean and bedroom was beautiful (we had a room on top floor which was perfect) and toasty. Breakfast was good and the staff that served us was very accommodating
Cold in certain areas- Our bathroom was cold there was a towel rail in there but it needs a radiator. The breakfast area was also cold they had radiators in the area but it wasnt on (December 1st) and it was cold in Southsea. The heating seemed to go off at a certain time (well in our room it did on that particular morning) guests should be able to choose to keep their radiators on.
