Beautiful architecture and interiors, and lots of attention to detail. The staff was very helpful.
They were new, so had very limited information and guidance for arranging travel. For example, very few travel operators know how to organise bird watching in the Desert National Park, and they did not know who these operators were.
In addition, their communication prior to arrival was misleading. They did not communicate that the hotel was being refurbished and their website shows several facilities which are not currently open - e.g., rooftop bar.

Exceptional
We had an exceptional experience and a highly positive impression from the very moment we stepped foot in the hotel.
Incredibly warm hospitality, an extremely cozy hotel. The staff is unbelievably friendly and absolutely adores their work. The architecture and interior design are crafted with an immense amount of passion and love. I would absolutely love to visit again.
