the location of the Hotel is pretty good. Hotel is pretty basic for the holiday rates being charged.
common washrooms were not upto the mark, thecleaning cart was always parked outside our room, since we were at the end of the corridor, the cleaning was at acceptable level, but details were missed everyday. Dirty towels left hangign back, no hand towel replacement etc

Nice food, but dilapidated and dirty rooms
The food was excellent. The selection of food and taste were very good considering a four star hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very dilapidated. The carpets in the corridor were really smelly and dirty. The WC in our room was leaking foul water which made the room quite smelly; but it took us four days to discover the source of the smell. Although the hotel staff offered to shift us to a separate room, we couldnt really make time for this as we were busy for work. Also, despite our multiple requests the room was not properly cleaned. The floor was always dusty. I was surprised to see cleaners dusting the carpets in the corridor with brooms instead of vacuuming. Another thing to note that one of the dining supervisors, was very unwelcoming with a stern face.

Great hotel with wonderful staff.
Staff were all brilliant, from the guys who provide security outside the hotel and unload your suitcases to Ashit, who was wonderful and cheerful, ever thoughtful and helpful, to Payal and Diraj with his advice on the great selection of food available.
The shower hose did not fit the holder. It's not really an issue. Towel was missing, but one call sorted it out.

Only the location.
Attitude of the staff. Had booked 2 superior king rooms. However, was allotted one king and one queen room so that we have adjacent rooms, though the request for adjacent rooms was made at the point of booking itself. Housekeeping services extremely poor - Toiletries, tea bags etc are not replenished without follow up. Face/hand towels are not provided unless you ask for it. .Overall, way below the expectations associated with the brand name.
