    A great 2 day vacation
    Great location and really attentive professional staff stayed over Christmas and Boxing Day as a get away and room was really clean and comfortable. We also had the 4 points Christmas lunch which is definitely recommended and worth every penny. Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it always has consistently impressed us both the hotel and the staff.

    Everything from start to finish was easy. Upgraded room definitely a plus, great staff clean room and very comfy. Will definitely stay again. That valet parking is great.

    Apart from the shower, it was a good experience.
    Comfortable room and bed and it was quiet which I liked.
    The shower was probably the wort shower i have experienced at a hotel room. No pressure, not very hot and the shower head leaked.

    The bathroom was not very clean. Stains on the shower curtain was one example. Dirty spots on the carpet.
