    The hotel should be ranked 3 stars not 4
    Overall, the stay was ok: the room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay including a coffee machine. The staff was friendly. The location is quite convenient as the hotel is located close to the Penn station, Times Square, the Lincoln Center, etc.
    The furniture in the room was quite old and basic. The neighbourhood is very noisy, busy and dirty, full of cheap restaurants and cafes. The reception area is very small and simple, doesnt look like a four-star hotel.

    Pretty good stay
    Good location if you want to visit the main attractions of the city. Quite clean and has nice service. The room was quite spacious too. Overall, between good and very good.
    Elevators are very busy in the morning, you may wait for like 10 minutes to get out. There were no slippers for the shower. Not the greatest value hotel, but you get a fairly good service overall, so you don't complain.

    Value for money on the heart of Manhattan.
    Excellent rooms, neat and clean ! Liked the fact they were serving hot cocoa and cake at the lobby. Breakfast was simple but so fresh. Ans eggs and waffles to order it was a one man show in breakfast area , REHMAN, who is from Bangladesh Wwas outstanding and so warm and very hardworking, an exceptional staff . I am a traveller yet to come across someone as nice as him.
    Nothing I didnt like. Was perfect for a nights stay! Next to port authority.
