The location to the civic center was what I was looking for. Every employee we encountered was extremely nice.
The bed was ok, room was small (round building so the rooms are rectangular) Punic hair in the shower, stains on the blankets. For the price, we expected more. Ive stayed at cheaper hotels for the same experiance.

Clean and modern rooms and fitness centre.
Noisy being located next to a busy road. Needs double glazed windows to reduce traffic noise.

The people cleaning the rooms should be a little more respectful and stop slamming doors
Location staff was fantastic
The cleaners was banging doors we ask if everything was ok because there was a lot of doors banging like ever 20 seconds they were just cleaning and still kept bang for at least a hour

Superb
This hotel is in a great location w an excellent staff- just find the interior to be very dark.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! Always cheerful and working hard.
The location is great-
So close to FSU campus and downtown too. The parking is pretty decent too.
I always feel like this
Property is so dark. The rooms, hallways etc. As a solo
Traveler, it always feels a little bit scary to be in a dark place like that. Also- locks on the door don't seem very secure.
