The breakfast is superb and energizing. The hotel has a great location, being very close to Charles Bridge and easy access to public transportation. Overall, it is a perfect hotel with stunning views, excellent staff, and convenient amenities.

    Hotel is perfectly located; very luxurious and comfortable; staff was very nice; felt like a business hotel in some ways - less warm and homey than other hotels - but this was expected, so not a disappointment
    Breakfast was fun, but could have been slightly less elaborate and included in the stay. Felt like a Four Seasons - in a good way, but also in a way it made it like a Four Seasons anywhere - once inside, you could be in France, or Italy, not necessarily Prague.

    Great location, great staff but very expensive for what you got
    Hotel was in an excellent location and staff wereery friendly and accommodating.
    Very expensive, room was dated. Ridiculous that we were paying 2k euro a night and breakfast was not included. Fruit basket in room was terrible / bad quality fruit. Coffee was not replenished daily.
