A very special stay
Such a beautiful, well maintained luxury resort. The grounds, facilities (pool, spa and restaurant) and rooms were all to a high quality and the whole place exceeded our expectations. The staff were all so friendly and attentive- nothing was a problem and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely be returning to this calm oasis in a perfect location in Marrakech.

Idyllic relaxation- highly recommend.
Absolutely everything at the Four Seasons Marrakech is just perfect but what makes it so special is the staff- in every area of the hotel they go above and beyond, always smiling, to ensure guests have a wonderful time. The rooms are spacious and well equipped - Housekeeping is attentive. The extensive grounds and facilities ensure a relaxing environment. The pool area is luxurious and again staff extremely attentive.
We used the spa a several times during our stay. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing and treatments are of a high quality.
We could not recommend this hotel resort enough.

The staff and service were exceptional. The food was also very good, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety however not to other four seasons standards. The gym was nice too, and the swimming pools were large and child friendly of course with some major caveats.
The build quality was really not to 5* standards, the garden door was very difficult to use, the bathroom sliding doors were essentially broken and the shower was unusable as the temperature valve was complex to use. It all looked pretty however it was very surface level. The family swimming pool allowed for smoking which I found to be wholly unacceptable as there are children around and the air became quickly unbreathable. Granted it only affected us for one day but thats still a major inconvenience. The facilities were very limited considering its a four seasons, the morning buffet wasnt as i would expect a four seasons buffet to look like, as choices were fairly limited and as soon as the hall was busy the staff became clearly overwhelmed. I would like to reiterate that the staff were extremely kind and the service was second to none so this isnt a reflection on them. There also was a lot of noise by the cleaners in the early morning which made it impossible to sleep past 8am, the walls allowed for every sound to be heard including a crying baby next door and a loud screaming argument in the upstairs suite at 1.30 am which we reported the next day. Sound proofing was absolutely awful.

Amazing service and staff
The resort is excellent, the staff were amazing, concierge made our trip one to remember and they helped with everything from a taxi to a trip into the desert and quad biking etc they really were excellent. The service by the pool was great, always someone there to help with drinks or food etc. everyone greeted us by our name which was a nice touch.
Day time food options were a bit limited.

Everything was really perfect, the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. The pool is incredible and their small attention every 30 minutes with ice cream and drinks by the pool is incredible. Thank you!
The pizza in the room service wasn't the best. Expect from that, I could really not find anything bad to say, unfortunately. Best hotel in Marrakech for sure! Will come back as son as possible and will recommend it to everyone wanting to come to Marrakech

Excellent, I would stay there every time I visit Marrakesh.
I loved the cleanliness and serenity of the hotel, Staff was incredibly helpful and amazing, food was perfect every time we eat at the restaurant. 10/10, I would recommend it.
