Room was beautiful. Amazing view. Great space. We had a 1 bd suite (we were there for 12 days!). Staff was really great. In room dining was top notch service. Nice mini bar
The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit rough. But as a downtown base still was great/

When people booked at four season they know that they will have the best quality because its four season, the restaurant the food was so good, the cleanness of the hotel is good because they take care of each detail its four season again. But for the BED we couldnt sleep, the MATTRESS IS VERY BAD WE BARLEY SLEEP. Four season should have purple or tempura mattress, NOT THE CHEAPEST MATTRESS. Because we didnt sleep well we arrive to our massage very late and they charge us the same price for 50 minutes we barley did 10 minutes what a shame. For the checkout they just apologize they didnt offer a refund of the massage that we didnt do, or anything. If you want to sleep well go to the RITZ HOTEL OR EVENT HILTON HOTEL YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN SLEEP WELL IN A GOOD MATTRESS and good SHEET, not the cheap stuff from the market.
The manager of the hotel should take care of his clients, its not just the cleanness of the room is the most important NO, its how you sleep and on which mattress and sheet, 500$ for a night is expensive so at least you should have the best quality of everything to make the client in good mood and feel at home.

NOT ALL THE FOUR SEASON ARE THE SAME, SO PLEASE BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION JUST TRY TO READ WHAT IN THE ABOVE AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND. FOR MY PART WILL NEVER GO ANYMORE TO FOUR SEASON WILL GO TO THE RITZ WE ARE MEMBER OR HILTON BUT this is a really bad experience.

I enjoyed my stay, however for the price, I expected a little more.
I enjoyed the spa tub, complimentary water, and the size of the television.
There was no free breakfast or free parking like at other hotels and the room was a little smaller than I thought it would be.

Phenomenal view, extremely easy self parking,
Brunch was outstanding! Beds were comfy cozy, black out drapes worked very well
Not all amenities are available if hotel has a private party booked. Shower handle fell off, Main light was not working and was replaced with a light that had no on/off switch had to unplug and plug into wall to use. Room was not properly cleaned, leaving use glasses and empty bottles from night before. Comforter on the bed but sheets were balled at foot of bed. Spa meals are in the hallway where public access to enter pool.

Wouldnt stay here again, not worth price, compared to other excellent hotels in St. Louis
F&B Staff were pleasant. Bartender at outside bar was very good. Food was good. Room had nice view and decent size.
Front desk too officious not welcoming really. Facility well kept but location next to seedy casino seemed misplaced. Our bathroom needed repairs. Wall paint was peeling and stained. AC had a noise when clicked on and off. Not 5 star for sure.
We wanted to stay another night and was offering a rate $300 higher than booking site. Front desk combative over this, so we checked out and went elsewhere. That soured our visit unfortunately

Exceptional hotel, freindly staff and outstanding stay!
The Four Seaons hotel was everything that we expected it to be and more. The employees were very freindly, helpful and always available for questions or helpful ideas for dining options. The room was very spacious and the bed was one the most comfortable that we have slept on. When we come back to St. Louis, MO we will not hesitate to stay at this location again.
The only downside was the room rate could have been a little less expensive but we understand that in todays economy that the rates were fair.
