The Frankfurt Marriott Hotel provided exceptional hospitality, making the guest and their dog feel special. The Club Lounge offered exquisite dinners and fine wine in a cozy atmosphere. The friendly (Read More)and professional service, along with the comfortable rooms, made the stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and offers good facilities. However, there were some drawbacks such as expensive parking, warm rooms in winter, and a lack of variety in the lounge buffet. Overall, it is a recommended choice for business or leisure travelers.

Air conditioning not sufficient for the heat; lacked practical amenities such as easy to use ironing board with convenient powerpoint. poor design of shower led to flooding of bathroom floor

One of my worst experiences as a customer and certainly a reason to avoid Marriott in the future.

Good location. Descent room

The stuff wasnt trying to be helpful. They consistently tried to charge me extra money. They even requested a down payment of 50 euros per person per day for a hotel without mini bars. I booked and paid for high floor rooms and we stayed at the lowest floor because they didnt have other rooms in the same floor even though they knew about our booking as a family. I specifically requested early checking and they didnt have rooms ready until 15:00. Overall a very bad experience unlike what I would expect from a Marriott property.
