It was not what I expected, for the value money i paid

The location , the security

The Ac was very hot , i asked for help from hotel they told me to check the manual which i did but still the room was so hot , also the bed and the bellows were not comfortable at all , i was counting the days to get out from this hotels but i was stuck with non refundable chose that i made

Great amenities, great quality building and quiet room. Great views over Istanbul. Taxi stop downstairs. Ertugrul Bozkurt from the front office is excellent in paying attention to customer satisfaction. Thank you again for the fantastic stay.
