The location was perfect and it was clean.
I liked the kitchen and washer .
First they gave me a room with train station view and when I asked they changed it but the other room had a small window and it was so cold, they brought a warmer for me to make the room warm .

Quaint stay in a lovely hotel
I liked the location next to a metro stop & the large size of the rooms.
I also liked the Loccitane toiletries.
I didnt like the bathroom. There was no shower only a handheld shower set. It was unable to remain upright on the fitting. We had to hold it and shower which made for a very uncomfortable stay in the cold. I was unable to wash my hair. The bathroom door was also unable to stay open which was very annoying.
I didnt like that our room had an upstairs and downstairs section as it was a lot of effort to have to continually move between the two levels to fetch items.
The price was the most expensive from all our accommodations. Im not sure why prices are so high in Hamburg, this is consistent with other properties.
