A nice comfortable hotel in a quiet part of the sea front.
A very good breakfast.
Not the hotels fault, but we had some very ignorant guests who were very noisy on returning to their room late at night. This woke us and kept is awake for 10-15 minutes.

And friendly staff breakfast was lovely too.
The Furzedown was lovely and clean staff friendly and helpful it was worth paying the extra money for the sea view

Fantastic will definitely recommend and return
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by lovely smiling people . Nothing was too much trouble. So inviting. We even were trusted to have a tab which we paid on leaving. The food was very high quality. Our room was huge and so comfy. All staff were the same whatever job they did. Everyone said Hello Good morning etc.
The only thing I could fault was the shower. Saying that I totally understand its a old building and we managed to have a shower
