    Room lighting is dim / poor and limited window light. Complained to Hotel staff who showed another room which was the same; dim and poor light, especially for evenings.

    Perfect Stay to usher in 2024
    The vibrant atmosphere and the friendly and helpful staff. The evening cocktail at the Executive Lounge was surprisingly good. It offered a great selection of drinks and finger food. Room was big with a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed Straits Quay's fireworks display from the room with a bubbly, a fitting end to our New Year's Eve celebration.
    Check-in was extremely slow. It felt like the King sized bed caved in a bit in the center ? It definitely wasn't plush enough.

    Great ocation and superb service
    The location. Gurney Mall just next door and Anjung Gurney only only 5 minutes walk. The service also excellent. No meed to remind them about the extra bed that we requested earlier. Get seaview room as requested.

    My sisters and I had a really pleasant experience at G Hotel. Will surely return.
    Room was spacious & Clean. Air Con was superb. Cleaning staff were friendly. Location was brilliant. Food, Sea & Shopping. Breakfast was excellent. Staff handling breakfast are 5 star.
    Would help to have a door to separate Bath Sink area from the Shower Toilet area. That way atleast 2 friends can use at the same time.

    Very expensive hotel and still they charge rm 15 for child for breakfast buffet,no class on tat..further more they was very less option of food at executive lounge, and worst part is red label served as house pouring whisky,common,for a 5 star hotel show some standards...

    Good location next to the Mall . A nice hotel with a decent pool . Staff were very nice from the moment we arrived . The reception staff had to to rearrange rooms for us as we were a large family with three rooms and we need twin beds , they were brilliant. All the staff from the cleaning staff to the restaurant were very friendly polite and helpful 10/10 .
