A pleasant enough budget type accommodation but a challenge to find, especially at night.

The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was a decent size room with reasonable amount of natural light and the price was fairly reasonable for the inner hub of Ho Chi Minh City. A kitchen with a hotplate and basic cutlery and cookware was part the room together with a small but comfy sofa.

While this accommodation is reasonably central it is located in a veritable maze of alleyways and tiny streets some distance from the main road, so locating it is difficult without relying on Google maps.

Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood nearby to central HCMC. Really comfortable apartment - felt like staying at a friend's house! Very clean and cosy, probably our favorite accommodation on our whole trip.

The location was great. Very quiet but close to the action and the main party street for foreigners was only around a 10 minute walk away.

I felt the AC could've been a bit colder but it was good enough for our stay.

Great privacy with shops within walking distances.

Quiet location, clean room and reasonable in size. A short walk gives me access to a full sized supermarket and other shops as well. The neighborhood feels safe and homely. Great value for money.

The mattress was a bit worn as I could feel the springs were uneven. The electric stove wasn't working.

Really enjoyed my stay at G9. The room was great and looked just like the photos. Comfy bed and great shower.

The balcony was tiny though.. so no enjoying a nice coffee in the morning sun. Also, my room was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator which some may have an issue with.

The neighborhood is very close to everything, and you can find shops, food, etc. in a minutes walking. The owners are welcoming, the apartments are clean and look very nice. I had a comfortable stay, slept well on a good bed, and with the blackout curtains. They will bring water to you (but sometimes you have to ask for it).

The fridge was making noise, so I had to turn it off.
