    Great stay at a great location!
    Excellent location and the premises remind you of an era gone by. Very easy to get around and not too far from the airport either. The bits that we will remember however are the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Narain, who is one of the servers at the restaurant, is helpful, friendly and pays attention to the small details. I hope the management team note this as he definitely has a knack for serving customers with a smile - even when things get busy! I also want to say thanks to Ankit at the front desk, who was always available to help out especially when we had some challenges with connectivity and also when we had a delayed flight..his help made us all just a bit easier for us all. Thanks to both and the staff in general, who were welcoming and hospitable.

    It is an older building and can do with some upgrades and freshening up. The location and charm of the building sometimes gets lost because the upkeep is probably not keeping up. WiFi challenges on a couple of days were resolved quickly so I suspect thats not a permanent issue.

    Although, the bathroom is size very nice and big but the bedroom size could be a little better.

    Dining room staff not interested in service. Had to literally beg to get served, with great reluctance order was taken. Bhagwant Singh literally took 15 mins searching for writing pad to take order. Breakfast was served 30 mins behind schedule and when it was finally served had barely enough for ten people. No replenishments came despite n waiting for 20 plus minutes. Eventually we decided to have breakfast outside for the entire duration of our stay despite paying for it as part of package. Non existent room service, no menu came to room despite calling multiple times over three hours. Strictly avoidable property.

    it was nice to stay here but they could improve to make experience wonderful.
    some traditional room interior, big bathroom and dining area in particular.
    nothing to be unliked but breakfast menu could be improved as they have only 4 or 5 dishes to offer. no juice or fruits in breakfast.
