    The location, the comfort of the beds
    I was with my disabled mum and wasn't aware that their disabled bays were for rooms which catered for people with disabilities so had to park in the top car park, when we arrived there were no cars parked in the bays and when we left there were still no cars parked there so the bays stayed empty all night so we could of parked there.

    Lovely stay, the hotel is unique with lots of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm, the food in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was lovely. We would highly recommend

    Restaurant/bar was running a function and were not interested in serving us food. We were told that they might serve us food after they were finished. In the end they did and it didnt take long, but dont expect food and bar to be available if they have a function.
