    This is an amazing hotel with stunning views! The hotel staff is 5-star and so is everything else! Lucerne is a beautiful city and we would definitely stay here every single time we visit! We were treated like dignitaries by everyone and always with a smile, a thank you and were glad youre here! They mean what they say and prove it every day! Thank you for a marvelous visit! Well miss it for sure !
    How can you not like everything about this place. Its simply amazing!

    Good view but very bad breakfast
    The bedroom was very big and the view was insane!
    The breakfast was very, very bad! The bread was very hard and there was no toast machine for us to use. There was no fruit or iogurt, or cereals or eggs. We pay extra for the breakfast and literally only had coffee, milk, cheese and butter...disappointed!

    A Serene Boutique Hotel
    Away from the crowds. Nice place to relax. It's even better if you are a golfer. Fantastic views of the course, the lake, and Mount Pilatus. They reception staff were also helpful with advice re trips around lucerne. Small and Boutique Hotel with a reasonably good restaurant. .
    The fact that the waiters in the restaurant aren't too polite and welcoming of the few hotel guests as they are to serving the local golfing folks. This hotel is best reached if you have your own vehicle as the local bus stop to the city is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed that daily walk slightly uphill at a leisurely pace.

    Clean, friendly staff and very accommodating as 1 guest was vegan they were able to modify the menu and bring in alternatives for breakfast. Great views and facilities and perfect place to get away

    The rooms where super comfortable and the atmosphere at the hotel was very welcoming. The view was spectacular and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would love to come again for a longer stay and play some golf.

    Its a very nice hotel for peaceful getaway Its so quite and the view was soooo goood The room is big Ppl working at the reception were friendly
    The room has no AC , and the weather was hottt And i had difficult time to sleep because if we open the window the mosquitoes will disturb your sleep But the hotel provides us with a fan , The breakfast sooooo limited Its not very close to the center Its around 15 minutes drive with the traffic
