    Al ovely experience and made to feel very comfortable staff were so friendly and professional
    Staff were great, room nice and modern with a nice terrace and hotel lovely in a great location
    Only thing i didnt like was room was next to or adjacant to the chambermaids cleaning room and i could here them in there getting things out and purring things back

    Would definitely stay again in this well-located, fantastic hotel.
    Excellent location. Fantastic breakfast. Coffee machine in room was a great idea (decaf included). Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated.
    Room was too hot (our own fault for not turning it dow). The room smelled slightly damp but nothing overpowering. Quite a small room but manageable.

    Bathroom too dark to put on make up in that room. No shower gel, shampoo etc.

    Just what was needed , good value for money in an amazing location
    The location of the property is perfect and for the less able there are disabled facilities at the hotel . For me was the beautiful sunrise and sunset from the room. Breakfast was amazing , great choice and very tasty
    Due to the time of year , the roof top bar was closed but you could get drinks bought up there . I imagine in the height of season it would have had a completely different vibe

    It's a great place to stay if you want the quieter part of benidorm and the beaches
    It's a great location for the beach and the old town and the rooms are nice and there is a nice view from the bar terrace

    A much needed rest and felt very much at home. Great location and room. 002 was my room and I loved it.
    The staff at reception The view from my room. Overall it was a beautiful experience. I was on my own but I had a great time.Location couldnt have been better.

    Great holiday, lovely hotel with great food.
    We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking Levante Beach. Not all rooms have balconies. There is complimentary coffee and cakes freely available in the foyer. Beach towels
