    We had a wonderful time
    The Christmas lights and greenery were stunning! Our room was everything we needed it to be.
    We severely struggled with the parking.. the map provided at checkin needed to be a little bit bigger in order for us to read it correctly.

    We enjoyed our stay and the Christmas decorations and activities and plan to come back soon.
    Friendly and helpful staff and concierge. There were lots of fun activities onsite. Loved the convenience of multiple restaurants without having to leave the hotel. ICE was amazing!!!
    After checking out to leave, we were stuck behind several vehicles who had trouble getting out of the parking lot and had to call for assistance. Im not sure what the problem was but anticipated this to flow smoothly but we had to wait quite a while for those ahead of us to get through.

    Nice family Christmas trip
    Everything was nice and as expected. However, we did buy the breakfast and show. There was not much variety on the buffet. It might have been more efficient to have a buffet on each end of the room. Line was long and slow with everyone going through one line. The trio was good; however, did not play long. Expected more of a show rather than just singing a few songs.
