    We enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. Any and John are very friendly, helpful and professional at the same time - one of the best hosts we had. They thought of every little aspect of theirs guests stay - including an option of packed breakfast if you leaving earlier or want to have a lay in in the morning. We found Geckos Rest spotlessly clean and well organised. Room was comfortable, and had all amenities that we needed. We definitely will book again.

    Friendly and helpful hosts, excellent location and good value for money
    The hosts Amy and John were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. There's free parking on site, which you'll need to reserve your space ahead of your stay. The hotel is in an excellent location. 5 mins from town and 10 mins to the nearest beach. It's around 20 min to Fistulal Beach. The breakfast was exceptional and John was very attentive.

    One of the best laid out host houses we have ever stayed in. Attention to detail is wonderful.
    Breakfast was very good. Excellent choices, served very promptly. The house was very well laid out and catered for all tastes.
    Just the steepness of the stairs - but there is nothing to be done about that and it is purely because of personal lack of fitness and advancing years.
