    The property is serene and surrounded by tea estate. its peaceful.
    The property was nice but was located far off from the town centre and commute was very expensive. property included full onboarding but food menu was decided by them, with no choices given to guests. Also, the amenities & facilities dont remotely justify the extremely high pricing. It felt more like staying in a slightly fancy home stay.

    The stay will be treated as a life time memory.
    It is a really excellent property with a lot of impressions of British culture. all the staffs were very very well behaved and cooperative. Even provided services at the odd hours. cleanliness was excellent. The ambiance is incomparable.
    Each and every thing. The scenic beauty is unparalleled. Room lay-out and the facilities were excellent.

    Location is great. Food is excellent. Staff is helpful and friendly. The place is kept beautifully. Tea gardens are beautiful to look at. You get to visit their tea factory to learn how tea is made. I learned more about tea and understood the difference tastewise in yields from different times of the year. They have heat pans under bed, room heater, working fire place and a great bathroom which has continuous hot water. Loved this place. Price is totally worth it considering their services. They also offer pick up and drop. Would love to visit again.

    beautiful views of the Kanchenjunga range and lush green tea estate beautiful sunrise view every morning formal sit-down meals complimentary visit to the tea factory and all excursions
    the property can improve on giving better visibility on the menu planned for the day and can plan some activities for the guests in-house post sunset as it happens by 5 pm in winters and then there is nothing to do

    no calling bell facility yo call a waitress, flower garden in front of lawn could do a bit better with more pansies, bell fuscia etc
