Very poor

Experiencing disappointment can be disheartening and impactful. It arises when expectations fall

my experience was less than satisfactory. One of the primary drawbacks was the limited options available for breakfast. The breakfast menu lacked variety, leaving guests with minimal choices. This was particularly disappointing considering the importance of a satisfying breakfast to start the day.

Firstly, it would be great if the hotel could arrange for fruits to be kept separately. This would not only enhance the presentation but also make it more convenient for guests to access their preferred fruits without having to navigate through a mixed arrangement. Additionally, I suggest introducing a buffet with live kitchen options, such as paranthas and egg items. Having a live kitchen adds an interactive element to the breakfast experience, allowing guests to customize their meals according to their preferences. It also provides a variety that can cater to different tastes. I believe these enhancements to the breakfast setup would significantly contribute to the overall satisfaction of guests. I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff and hope that these suggestions are taken into consideration for future improvements.
