    Ideal location, perfect for our family but a frightening incident was completely overlooked by Marri
    The breakfast choice was great. We enjoyed the leisure. The room was lovely. Kind of the hotel to leave banners and balloons in the room for my husband's birthday. The Christmas tree in the foyer was beautiful.
    I had to perform life saving first aid on another guest on 23/12/23 at breakfast when he was choking and his airway was blocked. I think Management ought to have acknowledged this and checked on me. The prices in the bar for wine were excessive.

    There was an extremely rude barman with tatoos up his neck and painted on eyebrows. He was very rude to staff who were clearly struggling on their first day, and rude to write a few customers. The pool is in a terrible condition. Manky floors, manky ceilings, toilets absolutely honking on pee,. I used the machine to dry my shorts and they came out absolutely reeking of damp. I mentioned to the boy at the leisure desk counter and he couldn't look less interested. The rooms was like taking step back in time to the 90s. Worn out carpets, dated decor and no smart TV. The noise from the aircon kept us up most of for night.
