    This glass house with a private pool near Pawna Lake in Lonavla is highly recommended by guests. The property is gorgeous and beautifully designed, with an amazing pool and stunning views of the lake (Read More). The food is delicious and the hospitality team is friendly and helpful. The caretakers are prompt and the villa is clean and spacious. The only improvement needed is the access road. Overall, it's a great place for a weekend getaway with friends and offers excellent amenities at a reasonable price.

    The only thing we liked was the attitude of the manager. He tried to serve us at his best but he was also helpless as the resort was lacking very basic facilites.
    About Room - It was a very basic room. Bed was very noisy, matress was very hard to sleep on. Bedsheet, pillow, blanket were smelly. The whole room and bathroom were smelly. When we complained the manager they provided us with room freshner. But it didn't solve the issue. Sitting sofa was filled with dust. Bath towels were not clean and were smelly. No intercom facility. About food - Half of the menu item are not available. So there are very limited option left. We just had 1 time breakfast. No complimentary water bottle in a Rs. 7500 per day room. About staff - 1 out of 5 stars.

    We had booked the property on Friday and we got the confirmation at the same time. We couldnt pay the advance amount cos the payment gateway wasnt working and i had informed the manager of the property still in the evening i get to know that the property has been soldout. Booking.com has ruined our weekend and i will never recommend or book any of my stay with you guys.

    It was a pleasant and memorable Staycation.
    The property is very nice and pretty overall. Our room was comfortable and the main attraction is the private pool and patio outside. The stay was comfortable and pleasant.
    They need to work in their service a little more and be professional. Shower was not working. Room could be cleaner. A few more amenities must be provided for this cost. However the staff is polite and helpful.

    They staff were so rude and the charged me more amount even when i showed them the booking confirmation amount. They directly denied the booking confirmation and ask me to pay extra amout or to leave the property.
