I didnt like that they have rules that I can only get toiletries in the morning with housekeeping. It is not my fault that they did not stock out room properly

Superb

The room was great and had great amenities. The overall stay was excellent and so was the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and informative.

The only complaint would be the couch, which seemed very outdated and really worn down.

The worst hotel experience ever.

No breakfast facility.

No daily room cleaning. They do not make beds or provide fresh towels on a daily basis. Reception staff is very unqualified and do not know how to solve any pertinent guest issues.

Superb

Big room, very comfy bed, complimentary Coffee and other drinks next to reception. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are enough parking spaces. Location was good, it was safe and there are a lot of food options, not far from highway (but there was no noise from it).

I would only stay there again if I had no other choice.

The housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous and promptly gave me more towels when asked.

The beds were too small to be queen beds. I had requested queen beds and these beds were doubles.
