A Good relaxing destination
Excellent Breakfast spread. Pool was very well maintained. Requested for an extension for 2 hrs 30 mins which they gladly provided for one of our rooms. Staff is well trained & they know how to attend the customers.
Casino in the property is not owned & managed by Marriott. Although, they do not charge the Hotel guests while entering but at the same time the services & place is not up to the mark. It was a bad experience visiting Casino. The services are poor. It is not so that I played & lost.

Our stay at the Marriott Resort and Spa was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality, pristine and spacious rooms, and the helpful and friendly staff.
However, I'd like to draw your attention to a concern. While strolling along the seaside, we noticed a considerable amount of plastic litter, used cans, and disposable glasses accumulated along the hotel. I understand that it's public land, but I believe Marriott can take ownership to maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings. A simple initiative, such as assigning staff to regularly clear this area, would make a significant difference. It doesn't demand extensive efforts, just a willingness to enhance the hotel's appeal by keeping the vicinity clean. I invite you to take a brief walk and observe the situation firsthand a small effort that could contribute to a cleaner and more appealing environment for both guests and the community.

Had a great holiday with friends.
The room was great, though it was small in size, we had a seaside rooms. The breakfast was awesome with some live music by goan musicians, who were going around the tables and singing.
There was a delay in getting the guaranteed amount to be refunded. Not sure if it was from the property side or the Bank!

Most unpleasant stay ever.
The property has lost its charm. Its not maintained. Cleanliness and hygeiene is not on priority. Food spread for buffet is very less as compared to older times. Rooms alloted to us was very untidy. Hair strands lying here n there. Shower not functioning properly. Air conditioning not working even after engineer fixed it for 2 hours. Mariott panjim use to be our top visited hotels but unfortunately we will have to give a second thought on it henceforth.

Excellent and refreshed our memories from 1st trip. Would like to visit again.
Breakfast spread was good. All the people especially Ganesh was very helpful and wonderful to talk to. Dinner spread was good especially desserts.
Nothing specific but chains dangling on outside of room were an eye sore for an otherwise great view of bay. Beach which was I believe communal beach not property specific was very dirty. Special efforts can be planned by Property to own that with collaboration with Goan authority and other corporates. Bay is beautiful. It must be protected at all cost.
