Excellent central location, quiet street and great room.
Breakfast was delicious
We were upgraded to a different room that the one my wife had specifically chosen. The upgrade was nice, but my wife would have liked the balcony of the original room.

Cute little hotel in a good location.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was a buffet just a few doors down at the other hotel. Decent range of food and clean. Balcony was really nice to sit out on. Reasonably quiet street which was nice.
The bed was a little hard, I have a back injury so I found most beds in Vietnam to be too hard.

Perfect hotel to stay. A little higher on the price but definitely worth it.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. Buffet was perfect plus you can even request for special omelette and pho. Room was spotless clean. The staff was five-star level amazing. Kates attention to customer is excellent. She booked also the Ha Long Bay tour for us and it was amazing. Location is also on the quiet part of Old Quarter so sleeping was easy.
Nothing! I really cant think of anything negative to say. The whole experience was perfect.

Great staff, great location.
The staff was amazing! Everyone was very accommodation and welcoming. They are very helpful with getting acquainted with the area, and they can recommend restaurants and activities. The area itself was perfect. Just down the block from a Michelin rated ph restaurant, and there are plenty of other options for bn ch, coffee, etc. Within walking distance.
The door to the room initially would take a few minutes for it to open, but the staff was able to get it fixed in a day.

Good location for exploring the old town and relatively good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was outdated and not quite as nice as shown in the photos on booking.com. We were a little disappointed.

A rare gem in center of the old quarter!
In the old best location in the old quarter of Hanoiwalk everywhere ..exceptionally clean, modern rooms in this boutique hotel ( a small balcony overlooking this side street) with friendly, helpful staff. King sized bed with nice linen duvet. Breakfast on order including 3 egg omelets . Would always return here when in Hanoi. So welcoming. A rare find!

Excellent location and staff. Hotel is in a small street off major roads but still close to everything. Kate, Huynh and Annie very helpful and ready to advise if needed. Great value for money.
Bathroom a little bit small but then again, space is limited in Old Quarter.
