Food taste is excellent. Staff is polite and helpful
Construction is going on in property and bathroom taps are not maintained. Tv remote was also not working properly. Fridge was not in use for long time and wasn't cleaned properly

Not worth it to stay. Please prefer to any other property.
Stay is OK but at this price range it is not the best. I paid more than 15K at this price range i got no comfortable stay at all.
1. House Keeping Service is very poor.
2. The cupboard slider was broken and came out every
time i open it.
3. Sink Drawers were broken.
4.Towels were not cleaned properly. Towels were not
white feels unhygiene while using.
5. Room lights were blinking after switching it off.
6. Table lamp was not working.
7. Even after saying repeatedly to house keeping person
they have not changed the toilet napkeen roll.

We were charged 18% GST on breakfast amount of Rs 400 per head even though our room rent was around 5k per night. Ideally speaking, Golden Sarover poprtico should have charged us 5% GST & difference should have been born by them.

a pleasant stay would recommend it
rooms were comfortable and well appointed even if a little cosy. location is good - a bit away from the crowded part of the city but close enough to get to Golden Temple and other places of interest. breakfast was generous spread. the rooftop bar was quite a nice place to chill.
the music was too loud at the bar - we had to keep asking for it to be turned down. but thats normal at many places it seems.
