    Very smelly room and bathroom. Mini fridge is not working. Cant relax at all due to constant sounds from local guests till 9.30-10.00pm. Beds and bed linen are very dirty

    The localisation near the beach with really nice sea view.
    My room with seaview had a not funtioning ac during the 4 nights I spent in that room. Technicians were there three times to ry to repair without success. Also the bide' shower was leaking, repaired after 24 h. There was a big party with huge loudspeakers placed 2 meters from my room, party guest occupied the little veranda and I have to aske people to move to get into my room. Had to gp to a nearby hotel bar to wait for the party to end in the night. Had to ask for towels, sope several times. They "forgot" to clean the room, had to wait for that. Tea or coffea at breakfast could take 30 min to get. Some of the personal was almost impossible to communicate with in english. Got contact with the manager in London, who was a nice man, and he was sorry to hear this, but compensation was only a taxi to the airport, wich could be arond 20 us dollar.

    Beach front and the beach is clean. Nice view of the sea from the room
    Its a pretty old place and not managed well. Photos are highly misleading. The staff has no idea what they are doing. The balcony was full of dust and dirt. Bed is the worst of all. Its an old bed with no comforts whatsoever. Not recommended

    Nice beachfront hotel in Negombo. We booked the family room, it was comfortable enough for five of us and has a big swimming pool too. Overall worth what you spent there.

    Very freindly Staff, Very clean and All facilities here and Calm Place for the negambo.. I always recommended for all thats good place for Fair value for money...

    Photos quite misleading Not worth the rate, more economy feeling but premium pricing View to construction site Next door nightclub, disturbing a good nights sleep before early flight In general needs deep clean and renovation
