    Excellent front desk service. Staff arranged Angkor Wat tour and transportation from and to airport. Very friendly staff overall.
    Breakfast selection could be expanded. The location is close to walking street, while desirable for foreigners, it can get a bit noisy. Loud music was turned off around 11pm so we didn't have trouble resting well.

    Nice Hotel
    Very warm & attentive staff. The room was spacious and we enjoyed having cocktails by the pool. We also visited the spa and had excellent massages!
    Theres a club nearby so can be a bit loud in the evening.

    Fantastic hotel, well worth a visit
    We loved our stay here. Its a beautiful property from the pool area to the rooms. The staff could not have gone more to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We received a complementary meal and discounted spa treatment. Both were fantastic. The location is also great. Right near the centre but also quiet.

    A lovely hotel in the heart of Siem Reap
    Friendly and welcoming staff, delicious food, and a brilliant spa. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel arranged an amazing private 2 day temple tour with Som. We had an incredible time and managed to avoid the crowds thanks to Som's know how. The hotel even arranged a 04:00 Tuk Tuk to take us to and from the early starting half marathon with a breakfast to go. Would stay here again.

    Wonderful Cambodian staff and location
    The staff was warm, inviting, and catered to our every need. I can't say enough good things about all the wonderful people there. The pool and restaurant area are very beautiful. The spa was very relaxing especially after a two day temple tour. The room was clean and had amazing lighting and technology, including streaming services. Kudos to Rosa - bartender, Ren, Kunsy, Kuman - servers, and Mr. Mutuda and Monika front desk management and many others I didn't get their name.
    The bed. Very hard and not great for my shoulder, especially for a side sleeper like me. They did try to accommodate with a feather bed but it was still too hard. Thank you for trying.

    It was excellent and the staff become like a family to us. Would stay with this hotel again.
    The staff were amazing, could not do enough for you! Always a smile on their faces Spa was incredible, the prices are so cheap for the service they provide. Food was very good, mostly we had breakfast and room service, as we were beat by the end of the day from visiting temples Monday, Wednesday and Friday they provide a show Traditional Cambodian dance show - very good!
    Lack of price list for hiring drivers for a day, half a day or several hours. Felt like they were kind of guessing what to charge.

    The perfect place to stay in Seam Reap.
    This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was treated me like a God. Joey was amazing my entire stay. Great location. Tours to Angor Wat were easily included with package deal. The tours were fantastic and well organized. Hotel food was great. The pool was perfect. Rooms were large and comfortable. Would stay here again.
    TV - wish there were more TV options but it was fine - all the TVs were smart TVs but I kind of like to watch Local TV when I am traveling just to see what it is like :)
