    Large space and friendly staff
    The location and large apartment. The bed was comfortable and lots of hot water. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any issue.
    The hotel used lots of carpet cleaner in the hallways which bothered my allergies tremendously. The kitchen was lacking in dishes as there was only two of each item. No cutting board or dish soap and a very small towel to dry dishes.

    Good Hotel with Best Location.
    The location was very good. The Rooms were big and clean. Masjid was available in the Hotel with proper Immam.
    We can't use the Gym and Pool. The opening time was 11:00AM and closing time was 8:00pm. We were on a business trip and we are out during this time so we can't use this facility. We have stayed in other hotels and the pool and gym opens at 4:00am till midnight. Hotel must change the time for pool and gym.

    Most awful hotel experience in my life
    Location ,
    My first night I complained about very bad odor in my room didnt know where it came from , the days after that was a struggle to get someone to clean my room , its like every day is a challenge , and it's not even cleaned properly , & for the suffering to be completed , I found blood spots on the mattress and they were hiding it with linen which also contained faint red spots ,it's like whether they can clean it or not the guests still have to use it !!!

    it is nice ,location , food, cleaning , and the stuff are really nice and always welcoming.
    Room nice, the area ,rooms , baths was matching my requirement. location also i like it very near to ALQASBA area where a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. breakfast was very good , i like it
    in general it was good i felt comfortable also with my family
