    Great staff & location
    The courteous reception staff, in-dine staff & house keeping.
    Smoking is allowed in Wing A & Wing B rooms. And, also the room sound insulation from the main door needs lot of improvement as the smell of smoking & noise from the lobby was a little discomforting after 8PM. Lesser family crowd & more of business crowd here.

    Okay, but not relaxed
    The property was close to the main areas of old Lucknow, including The Residency, Hazrat Gunj, and the Bara Imambara. The beds are comfortable.
    The front desk was not sure what had been paid for. However, Shweta at the front desk tried her best to sort things out and helped me a lot, which I really appreciate. There seemed to be a lot of hangers on near the reception area. The breakfast menu seemed to be the same each of the three mornings we were there.

    Good hotel, clean, breakfast good , supporting staff . Need discount for next visit in Golden tulip group worldwide.
    Location and ambiance. Price is little higher side .
    All good . Security staff is not allowing Rickshaw inside gate so we have to get down outside and walk with shopping bags .

    Maintenance team must improve the premise issues like water leakages on the first floor I front of Resturant.
