Rude receptionist advise me to change hotel.

location of the hotel was excellent and lot of restaurants around if you opted to eat out
Location of the hotel was very good; centre of the city located and it was at walking distance from the two shopping malls, plenty of options for restaurants around, houskeeping was great,easy access to hotel if you are going by own car.
At the time of booking we requested for 2 single beds in other room but at the time of check in we were not accomodated, even though didnt saw many guests staying at that time in hotel. We got rooms on 5th floor and at Christmas night music was too loud that whole family couldnt sleep well. That night was nightmare for us. Furniture of the room was rusty and needs to be upgraded/changed. Beds were not comfortable.

The rooftop bar called Sama Terraza had a good ambience and added a nice touch to the nightlife in Muscat. Hotel services were decent, the RBG Grill offers a diverse menu of meat to choose from. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

They have a decent breakfast with a live eggs counter for your omlettes. They always have 1 Indian dish on the menu (something like a Poori with Aloo curry or Chole). Their lebanese mezze section is amazing where they have labneh, feta, olives etc.
The location is excellent, it's walkable from Oman Avenues Mall and Muscat Grand mall.
We had booked 2 rooms, but they didn't give us the rooms on the same floor. They also had an option of having connected rooms where there's a door that would connect the two rooms. We asked for that option too, but were denied even though one of the rooms had the connected door. They could have just given the room next door.

The room was incredibly dirty. Filthy marks all up the walls and on the furniture. The rooms smelt damp. We asked for twin beds and were told there were only doubles left which was disappointing. The swimming pool was freezing.
