We were peasantry surprised when our room was upgraded to suite with all the facilities and comforts

I think the hotel can improve their breakfast choice. If one arrive for breakfast past 8.30am, choice of food is limited and it takes a longer time to replenish with new stock

Home away from home

The hotel is in a central location and has been maintained to a good standard. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. We had the Executive king room which was very spacious with a lounge area and large smart tv. We were there for close to a month and all the staff (reception, security, cleaners) made us feel at home. I have to say a very special thank you to our Housekeeper Mukesh who ensured the room was clean and tidy every single day which really does help when you are away from home for so long.

Some of the executive king rooms are older, smaller and dated but are being priced the same as the more modern ones. We were initially given one of the dated rooms which does not look like any of the photos on booking.com. We had to get this changed as there was no way we were going to stay in that room for the month paying the same price as some of the refurbished executive king rooms. It is fine to continue to sell these dated rooms but they need to be taken off the executive king room category and price has to be brought down with correct photos updated.
