Very good

Cute dogs at the doorway welcome you at the property. The entire property is maintained very well and is located right next to the metro station. They also have an in-house cafe for the days you don't feel like stepping out. The staff was quite helpful.

Not much the hostel management can do but some of the guests were quite loud in the middle of the night in the dorm.

Very convenient location to explore Old Delhi on foot, and right next to Metro station to visit other parts of the city. Nice staff, no problems in upgrading my booking to private room for second night. Private room was nice!

The bathroom of the dorm should be cleaned more often and the food in the restaurant doesn't taste like much. All other guests in my dorm and the common room that I talked to were in Delhi for work and were therefore away for most of the day (or busy on their laptops), so there wasn't any socializing with other backpackers.

If you want a stress free and peaceful place, DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

Location is good, just next to the subway!

After months travelling in Asia, this is by far the most bureaucratic place I have encountered. They make you download an horrible app to check in and, because of that, the check in takes ages to complete. I never seen a hostel asking for so many useless information... To order food on breakfast, you must use the app to have discount, but it doesnt work well and the app doesnt accept credit card. So, you need to pay more by cash in the reception. After the check out, if you want to stay in the common area using the wifi, YOU CANT. THEY DONT ALLOW TO USE WIFI AFTER CHECK OUT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN INSANE AND RIDICULOUS POLICY IN MY LIFE. All in all, you waste your time to do the more simple things in GoStops Delhi. Bare in min: the staff is VERY BAD and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND IN YOUR TRAVELS!

I dont understand why Lonely Planet recommends this hostel. Customer service is poor, the rooms are DIRTY and lack ventilation, and the common areas stink. Its not worth it. Budget travelers, stay away. I dont expect luxury when booking a room at a hostel but cmon, basic cleanliness.

Good location

It was very noisy, my room was right next to the smoking area and the whole hallway, including my room, smelled horrible. Also, people in the smoking area were making a lot of noise until midnight so if you want to sleep earlier its better to stay somewhere else

It was in an okay location. One staff member (called Ashutosh I believe) was the only member of staff that was particularly friendly and helpful. Food was good too

Very good

Large room in reasonable condition with a good shower. Excellent communal and outdoor areas. Incredibly it has a 24/7 food service. You step out the front door and you are right at a Metro station which makes getting around very easy. If you wish you can head back from the hotel into the chaos and rush of the small Delhi streets.

The area itself is not real good. It's also not close to anything of note including decent restaurants so you'll want to use that Metro.
