    It was a bit overpriced for the basic facilities it offered
    The fact that there was food available round the clock
    The food is wasnt up to the scratch, the mattress in the private deluxe room wasnt comfortable enough and the kitchen staff wasnt courteous enough.

    The stay was comfortable and had a great experience with gostops.
    The property is located very near to mall road and one can witness beautiful mountain view from the hostel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Dorms were clean.
    They provide only frozen food, which is a think i didnt like about the stay

    Comfortable, peaceful, great view from the room.
    The dorms were quite messy and I found the bed a little uncomfortable but the pvt room was amazing and very peaceful and beautiful. The size of pvt rooms were quite good and the pvt balconies with a view. Overall property is very aesthetic and gram friendly and loved my stay in the pvt room.
    The lift wasnt working. Already you need to climb up so much to get out of the hotel and not functional lift and climbing up 5 floors to teach reception from your room was very difficult. And all the rooms are downstairs only so its not like I got a room downstairs. Non smoking and non drinking zones are a lie. Everyone was drinking wherever they wanted to and smoking wherever they wanted to even in the dorms.

    The staff is great and really helpful, and their pet-friendly policy takes a lot of trouble off your mind... The staff was really nice especially when it concerned my cat, including his charges and food.
    Some minor maintenance issues, but these are heavily outweighed by the things I did like.
