    Musty smell!
    The room smelled awful & the pull out couch mattress smelled like an animal died on it & the coils were pushing through the mattress pad... it was awful.

    Clean rooms and comfortable. Enjoyed stay to rest and relax, enjoy the lights of Branson.
    Not getting into our room till late like 5 to 6 hrs later than ask. Receiving no response for that day all a couple hrs, should have adjusted rate for that day.

    I liked the location and quietness of the property. I liked the amount of space and the layout of the room. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
    The cleanliness and upkeep of the property was very disappointing. I have stayed at this resort in the past and never have I been so disappointed as I was this time around. You could also hear your neighbor in the next room cooking or using the the bathroom, once again I have never had this issue before at this resort but this time it was a problem. I stayed in building six, so I'm not sure if its just an issue with that particular building. I tried to use the jacuzzi tub and it sprayed water everywhere. There was splatter stains on the baseboards and what looked like black mold at the bottom of the shower door. I have loved this resort for years but I think I need to find a new resort to stay at next time.

    Great place to stay!
    Location of this property is excellent for my stay. It's close to the theater district, near all the shopping I visit and also located near the Landing area. I have stayed at this location a few other times and it's always a nice stay.
    Sometimes, parking is an issue. Seems like there needs to be more parking near the building 11. I had to park over at the swimming pool area one night, due to all other spots were taken in the parking lot.

    Like the location and the room. Nice to have a complete kitchen.
    Felt like they just shampooed the carpet, which was great. There was a musty (dirty mop water) smell that was quite noticeable. This, however, did not stop us from enjoying our time there.

    Very didappointing.
    The clerk when we checked in must have had a bad day. He was exasperated at every little thing. Check in didnt take that long which was nice. However, the sales person that we had to see about our parking pass, was nice. Except he told us that we could get $200 back from our stay by attending a pitch. We agreed, but then he told us he was booked. What? Why dis he offer if he could not accommodate. We felt ripped off. Them our room was part of the elevator. Dirty bags of towels sat outside our door all weekend. The tvs had a grainy picture. The bedroom tv could only get 8 channels. We were past even asking for a fix so we just watched tv on our phone! Needless to say, we were not impressed and if we were considering purchasing a time share this would definitely NOT be the property we would choose.

    Hated the concierge sales tactics.
    Having to to to a separate concierge desk to pick up a parking pass only to be subject to high-pressure sales tactics regarding timeshares. Finally just walked out when the sakes guy wouldnt take no for an answer.

    Not likely to stay again.
    We did not have breakfast. Easy to get to. Close to shows.
    There was a strong mildew smell in our room. Bathroom near tub was quite dirty. Also did not care for the gentleman trying to talk us into a timeshare.
