Lovely apart from...

Breakfast was lovely plus the staff plus the pool

Loud noises all night from the room above which nobody was able to resolve. Like a golf ball being rolled around. I even wondered if there was wildlife in the cavity between floors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break here as a couple.

We loved the location, our balcony room, quite close to Piazza Tasso and the rooftop pool/bar area with fabulous views. The staff there were very friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious.

Nothing, only that we werent staying longer.

Great location - lovely views from the roof terrace - staff fantastic.

Location was perfect - very close to the main square but also about 4 minutes walk away from the main square to give some peace. Staff were amazing and so helpful and polite.

Nothing I was perfectly happy with the hotel.

Proximity to the centre.

When we arrived we found 3 hairs in bath, and 2 on toilet. But the house keeper sorted it. Also in my booking with booking.com I requested low floor, as I do not like lifts. But we were on 5th floor. Lot of stairs every day. And no kettle.

Beautiful Sorrento vacation.

The room was extremely comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous. The location was exceptional. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The staff was amazing and helpful especially Max at the front desk. I can't wait to go back again.

Nothing. I would highly recommend. Just wish there was a bathtub to soak my achy body after a full day touring but the shower was very large and gorgeous.

We enjoyed our four nights at this hotel

We were fortunate to be able to book one of the newly refurbished rooms on the fourth floor which was amazing.

The rest of the hotel is showing its age and definitely could do with a facelift.
